Hair Purchases
  • Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing time before shipping. After processing, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Exchanges will only be awarded if you receive the wrong product. Products must be in original state to be eligible for exchange.
  • Once your order has shipped, Hair Brilliance is no longer responsible for it. If you do not receive your order after it has shipped, or if it is lost/stolen, please contact your mail carrier. 

Hair Appointments

  • All color and cut services require a consultation 
  • Closures, frontals and wigs must be dropped off a minimum of 2 days prior to your appointment. Same day customizations are subject to a $25 fee added on to the price of your service.
